Timber Ridge Homeowners Association maintains several amenities that are available to residents.
Fitness Center
Our neighborhood fitness center is available to all homeowners. The Fitness Center is located in the clubhouse, and provides state-of-the-art fitness equipment to help you achieve your fitness potential.
Tennis Courts
Serve it up, and challenge friends to a match of your liking on one of our full-size tennis courts conveniently located near the clubhouse.
Community Pool
Swimming is a favorite activity for many families, at our community pool you can cool off on hot summer days. The pool area features a 24’x60′ gunite in-ground pool, and a kiddie pool. For the safety of all homeowners the pool is surrounded by a fence and has a life guard on duty when in operation.
Tot lot/Playground
For our youngest residents, there is a fenced tot lot/playground near the pool, and clubhouse. Benches face the action so parents can relax as they watch sliding, swinging and climbing fun.
Gatehouse
The Villages main entrance is surrounded by beautiful landscaping, and a waterfall. The Homeowners Association provides 24 / 7 manned coverage at the main gatehouse, and restricted access to the community with the announcement of all guests.
Clubhouse
The clubhouse features a furnished grand meeting room with fireplace, and a state-of-the-art fitness center. Not in the mood to work out, then snuggle up with a book in the library, or get creative in the activities room. Our clubhouse is equipped with a kitchen, locker rooms with showers, and a game room.
